In Access 2000 I am creating a report to produce mailing labels. I have everything set up except paper size. I am using single column labels measuring 4 inches by 2 and 15/16 inches. In the "Page Setup" screen on the Page tab, none of the pre-defined choices are of this size, so I selected "User-defined size"

Where do I specify this "User defined size?"

Sincerely

Steve

if you want your labels down the cneter of the printer.
Open your report in design view. Then make make the width of the report as wide as the labels are.
Next click "File" menu then "Page Setup"
Set the left margin so it forces the report over to the right 2 inches or so
make the right margin 1/2"

OK

Hi Steve,
from playing around on my computer (I have access 97, but I assume it's the same for 2000) I've found that it takes the custom size setting from my printer.
I.e. I go into printers from control panel then get properties on my printer there is a setting for paper size. If I adjust the custom size here it modifies the custom size in access.
