User-Defined Alert Tracking

Hi,

I have been customising the alert tracking option in global properties. I have happy with the internal_sendmail and internal_snmp_traps, however, I would like to setup a pager alert as a customised script, I have not set this up before, any scripts or advice from the community would be great. thanks
