User cannot unlock workstation

Hi,

I have a user with Windows XP SP1 who is using Novell Client 4.9 SP2. When the user uses ctrl alt delete to lock the workstation she is unable to unlock it by typing in her novell password even though the password is correct. When I try it it works for me. Why is this user not able to do this. I have tried reinstalling the client and reseting the users password.

Does it work if you select the local workstation to authenticate against rather than NDS?
