User Cannot Authenticate

We have a user that cannot browse our novell network. He has Windows 2000 Pro with all clients, IPX/SPX installed, NetBIOS installed and File and Printing enabled.

He can see the Windows network fine, but cannot view the NetWare network. When he goes to view the Novell network an error comes up saying he may not have suffecient rights to browse the network. The weird thing is that he was viewing the network earlier today.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled the client but no luck. Thanks for your help..

Check the IPX/SPX frame type. If it is set to auto, try setting it to the specific type and network number as the server.
