user can send but cannot receive mail

Outlook 2003 users have stopped receiving e-mail.They continue to be able to send, but cannot send even to themselves. There are no bounce back messages indicating problems with the e-mail addresses or accounts.

We found the problem to be a DNS problem with the E-mail filtering service.
