Hey all,

I have a user printing to a shared printer on a Win98 machine (I'm going to ask my question in the Win98 forum too) but she is only able to print out one copy at a time. For example, if she needs to print out 10 copies of a memo, she can set "Number Of Copies" to 10, but only one copy will print. No errors, no jams, no printer errors, just one copy. I can't see anything that would do this, and I'm wondering if it's an XP --> Win98 idiosyncracy. Anybody have any ideas on how to get a print job of several copies to print all the copies in this situation?

Thanks,

Joe Brouillette

We have the same problem at work; We use a poorly writen program that cannot print more than 1 at a time. Can you print mulitple copies from Excel/Word? Do you use multipart?
