User Calendar problem

Hello,

We have an Exchange 2003 server, with clients using a mix of Outlook 2000 and 2003. A handful of users are having a problem where their calendars list all of their hours as "tentative," out forever. This causes a problem when they send or recieve a meeting request, as it creates a conflict. I cannot figure out how to clear this "tentative" setting on their calendars. Any help is greatly appreciated...

Try this on one of your users having problem with appointments ..start outlook with clearfreebusy switch
outlook.exe /clearfreebusy and see if your problem is sloved.
