We do not uninstall or install implementation or upgrade apps, except for one or two of each type with their IT people watching to be trained. The remainder are their responsibility. If they wish us to do any more than this, standard T & M rate applies, and will need to be scheduled.
We would then probably sub it out to a local guy who can follow a simple written procedure, and has basic help desk skills, then follow with a tech to oversee the work.
