User account won't shut down

This is kinda odd... on different Win2K machines, some accounts won't shut down or will be VERY VERY slow to shut down. Sometimes it's the administrator account, sometimes it's a user account. All are running SP2. Anyone else run into this? Jennifer Sigman

1. HKEY_CURRENT_USER & HKEY_USERS
2. Control Panel
3. Click Desktop
HungAppTimeout. – 2500
WaitToKillAppTimeout – 10000
AutoEndTasks - 1
