USB UPS doesn,t work on boot

I have a APC USB UPS, which worked fine on a Epox-G2/Amd500. I just up greated to a Epox-8KTA/Amd-TB700, And with the UPS hooked up(USB1), the system won't boot. I have hooked to a Hub with bus power, won't boot. With Hub with AC power systems boots, but after awhile UPS software crashes! Any Ideas, I've reloaded USB drivers many times, at wits end. , it seems you like Epox , funny thing because, they were the first to come out with a KX133 chipset on them, but it was also the worse slot a board, same with their KT, Abit made best with Kx133, and Asus made best with KT133. I've built over 300 systems in the last 2 years. I've had to RMA 1/2 of the ASUS and ABIT boards, Not ONE Epox board has failed yet, this is my own board. I do think it is a driver problem. Asus and Abit are good boards, Thier just stable enough for me.

thats funny, because I've seen Several reviews, showing Epox's KX133 board to be the least stable, maybe you just know how to configure them correctly.

I recently made a similar upgrade from a K6-2 500/DFI MB to an Epox 8KTA+/AMD 750. And yes, the USB doesn't work. Lord Microsoft has admitted to a &quot;timing&quot; issue which they have a patch for. However the patch didn't work for me.

Please let me know if you (RGC)have resolved your USB issue and if so, how!!!!

Yes, problem solved. Changed too com ported UPS!!!!!
