i installed 2003 server on my home computer in order to test it out but i realize it won't detect my dell memory key automatically. Does anyone know how to mount a usb memory key on 2003 server??

Do you currently have an "E" drive? The Dell memory key I have tries to map itself as "E:". On a Win XP machine that has an "E:" mapped you can't see the memory key except in the icon tray as a usb device. If you unmap "E:" and then plug in the memory key it should show up.
