Ok anyone know whay when a user trys to connect to the outlook web access mostly via AOL, they get

Too many users on this site at this time, but if you access from another pc running a normal web connection its ok.

is this OWA problem or ISP ?

Is AOL the way they connect to the internet or are they using AOL's browser? If they're trying to get thru via AOL's built in browser it could be a conflict...try going to

http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/en/60/help/default.asp
