URGENT! : onLoad frame updating

Hi!

i have 3 frames: top, main and bottom..
when i click on a link in the top frame a new page loades in the main frame but when he does this i would like to have an onload command that switches the page in the bottom frame to an new page, i realy need an onload script/command and not anything else... :/
