Urgent Help needed with 2 Exchange servers

Hi All. I have recently installed exchange onto a second server containing ISA 2004 and now we have no outgoing emails.

I will explain mt network topology a bit better so that you can get a better understanding.

The Original exchange is installed on the domain controller / DNS / WINS server. The second instance of exchange was installed onto a server containing ISA 2004/ DNS (forward and reverse) / WINS and the internet access for the entire company.

Some users mailboxes remain on the original exchange server and other users mailboxes are on the new server. Internal emails are working fine and so are external to internal emails but whenever an internal email to external email is sent it just sits on the severs in a queue.

Any help please.

Sounds like you're blocking SMTP traffic with you ISA server. Was outbound email flowing through it previously (or bypassing it?)
Check your rules for port 25.

I thought it was isa but the second we restart the original email server email go out
