Urgent Help Needed - IP Trunks 3.01 on Option 11C

I have configured IP Trunks (MC32 - license for 16 channels only) and although 16 channels on card indicate disabled, transmitting config from OTM 2.0 fails indicating that card is not disabled. Will post config if required.

Any ideas what may be wrong?

I have reconfigured in OTM and this time able to tranmit to MC32 card in Option 11C, however, I still see card status as Unequipped in OTM. Could someone please tell me what that means?
