urgent help - File copy and transfer problems!

I have a urgent requirement that i need help with. I have been asked to copy the entire contents of a folder on a old server at a certain time every day to a location on a new server. The problem is, the old server is the PDC for a old domain and the new server is on a different domain. There is no auth between them although both machines can see each other via IP only.

Any ideas how i would go about doing this by script? I wish to automate the process.

just an idea? have you tried an FTP programme?

Yeah, I would use ftp and use wget in a scheduled batch to run it. Should be easy to setup.
