I sent my web up to the Host and still have some problems which they seem to feel is not that big a deal. <br>What it is - is the intro tune (midi) won't play plus one other page. Three pages do play the tunes. Four pages come<br>on with no background. Thats it.&nbsp;&nbsp;I've tried everything, but<br>if I try to send just the problems (fixed) up through Front<br>Page it always sends the whole thing - and without correction.&nbsp;&nbsp;I heard about Kissftp being made for Front Page<br>to be able to use FTP. Anyone use Kissftp?&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanx.

Hello,<br><br>I have a comment and several questions, comment first:<br><br>Have they explicitly stated that it's &quot;no big deal&quot;.&nbsp;&nbsp;If you are a customer then you need to remind them of that!&nbsp;&nbsp;I know it's not easy to &quot;push&quot; on someone that you are going to need to count on in the future.&nbsp;&nbsp;It is a big deal, if you the customer, are not satisfied.<br><br>But first, lets try to independently resolve it.&nbsp;&nbsp;Have you uploaded it with CuteFTP of WS FTP?&nbsp;&nbsp;Either of those can be downloaded from download.com, along with a selection of other FTP program that are graphical and easy to use.<br><br>Also, are you uploading to a UNIX server?&nbsp;&nbsp;If so, check your file name.&nbsp;&nbsp;I prefer to work in only lower case file names with a _ (underscore) between each word (except the extension).&nbsp;&nbsp;For example, UNIX &quot;sees&quot; bOXPLAN.HTM differently than it does Boxplan.htm.&nbsp;&nbsp;Check your file name &quot;src&quot; code to make sure that it matches EXACTLY what you are seeing in your web directory on your server using either a FTP program of Telnet.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>I hope this helps.
