uploading images

hi there, I hope you can help me with this problem: I
have a cfm page that uploads images (some or none) to
the server. however, I was prompted an error at the
uploadFile action page:
Error processing CFFILE

No data was received in the uploaded file '\.' Saving
empty (zero-length) files is prohibitted. Please make
sure you specified the correct file.

any advise on this? million thanks.

Have you set the enctype in your form tag:

<form action=&quot;save.cfm&quot; method=&quot;post&quot; enctype=&quot;multipart/form-data&quot; name=&quot;MyForm&quot;>
