Upload file in CallManager 5.0

I want to upload file in Cisco CallManager 5.0. Cisco CM 5.0 is Linux-based and I don't know how to upload a file in a specific folder on harddisk. I know how to upload file in TFTP folder but I want to upload in another folder. I hope that someone can help me. Thanks :)

On one CCMAdminstration page, under bulk administration is an option to upload and download files-
