Upgrading Visual Studio Professional 5.0

We are going to upgrade Visual Studio Professional 5.0 to 6.0 and need some advice on the cheapest place to purchase it. So far the lowest price we have found for Visual Studio Professional is $416 for the 6.0 version and $465 for 6.01.<br><br>Is Visual Studio 6.01 the same as buying Visual Studio 6.0 and downloading Service Pack 3?<br><br>Any advice would be appreciated.<br>Thanks,<br>Rick
