Could someone else teach me how to upgrade firmware of SIP to v4.00? Thanks!

Upload the J100Supgrade.txt file and the bin files it lists to the System | Primary folder of your system or to wherever you have configured it to go for HTTTP Files. Restart the phones.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

In the J100Supgrade.txt, is it also indicated the H323 firmware?

because the client changed mind to use the firmware of h323 6.7

Then you and your client are on your own as far as I'm concerned. IP Office R11 + J100 Phones = SIP Stimulus (CCMS) only.
