The PC that I use to monitor calls with is being replaced with a new one that runs Windows XP and I will have to also upgrade my monitoring software from Tapit 2000 to TapitEX. My question is has anyone had any experience with an upgrade like this and is there anything that I need to be aware of before the IT department takes the old PC.
