Upgrading Flash software

Going to upgrade a cics with 2.0 software and a flash with 1.7 to cics 4.1 and flash 2.0. Can I expect any loss of programming, and is there a sequence in which this should be done...Mike

CICS will be ok. Flash will lose programming.

If you're lucky the Flash may keep its programming. Upgrade the Flash first. You'll need to use F903 to initially configure the Flash database. After it configures you may find your database still intact. Then upgrade the CICS. Good luck.

Just wanted to let you guys know, I upgraded the Cic first...aok...then the flash...guess what?...aok...lucky I guess?
