Good Morning Everyone,

Has anyone done an upgrade from a pre 3.0 to 3.0 software on a Call Pilot 150? We have done many NAM's from either 3.0 or 4.0 to 4.1 and was wondering if similiar procedures
(discs, CD's, Keycodes)are necessary.

Thanks in advance

download the software from nortel's website (partners only)
extract on to a CF card
Power down CP (verify bootloader compatibility - mentioned in the readme file of the sw download)
Place it on the 'top' slot
Power up - wait for bootup, monitor on com port
power down
take the 'top' card out and boot up

- remember reading a FAQ on this ...check that out

Interesting. I was just told from a Field guy that they removed the 2.0, unserted the 3.0 and in twenty minutes it was up and running.

senk1s, we are a partner so no issues there. Are you saying there is a patch needed to hold programming?

that is a way to do it ... but all programming is lost (because it is stored onthe flash card)
if upgraded, everything is there
