Upgrading Analog Trunk Expansion Module

Dear All,

Would you please give me a tek-tip for upgrading Analog trunk expansion module?

I got some problem with Analog Trunk Exp Mod. in Loop Start Mode, unfortunately there is no chance to make incoming or outgoing calls through Analog Exp. Mod.,

Regarding that every software configuration is alright and proper as well as the another health Exp.Mod.

Yes they are all in the same boat.
The problem is i could not make any call through the Exp.Mod.
via my created short code which is binded to Exp.'s Line Group ID.

First : when i try to make call the phone 5610 turned back some kinda error like Unobtainable channel.

Second : the status of Exp. of SS - System Status is entitled by Out of Service

Third : on IP Office Manager it seems to detect the Mod. as well.

No!, Those Lines that connected to the PSTN are Configured to be Active, but i'm wondering why the status of SS is Out of Service : a Paradox happened.

I finally solve the occurred problem by upgrading Exp.Module to version: 6.2(11)
