Upgrading a live 801 router with extra configs

Any thoughts on the best way to upgrade a live Cisco 801 to 801 link (uses DES, IPSec, IKE). System is used constantly and I want to add a secondary route to another 801 with a diffeent dial number, without eithe upsetting the existing setup or having to redo the IPsec secuirty stuff (ie generate keys again etc.)
