UPGRADGINT from windows nt server to 2k Server

I have a windows nt sever with 5 CALs. I want to upgrade to 2000 server with same CALs. Do you know if Microsoft offers an upgrade to 2000 using the CALs I already have on my nt server or do I have to purchase the entire 2000 installation with 5 CALs?
