Hi,
Happy Festive Season to All!
I have just upgraded from Office 2000 to XP but Outlook is giving me the following error when loading it...
"Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location. The .DLL file for the information service could not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured."
I can see my personal folders in Outlook but can't see the messages I had. Instead the above address is given in the Messages window.
My OS is Windows ME. When installing Office XP I chose the 'UPGRADE' option.
I have kept the OUTLOOK.PST file as I was told this contains everything but the problem is still there.
Hope you can help me.
Happy Festive Season to All!
Mario
