upgrade to Succession and

CDR stopped collecting. Any ideas as to what could have happen.
 
Any help would be appreciated. Does ther need tobe dip switch changes or PEP upgrades.
 
How do you currently collect CDR?? What system do you use?
 
We use OTM 2.1. Opt 81
CDR is turned on in the routes and in 117
 
On the OTM server is the DBA window up and does it show connected to that switch? Also did you upgrade to 3.0 and if so please remember to update system data from the system window.
 
Did you upgrade to Succession 3.0 or 4.0? I'm not sure if Nortel considers OTM 2.1 and Succession 4.0 compatible. You may have to upgrade to OTM 2.2.
