Per Avaya, most of the digital hardware including endpoints and circuit packs are end-of-life so they technically are not "supported". They do however work. Bottom line, Avaya is not going to be making hardware changes to the circuit packs or digital sets. If there is a problem with a digital endpoint you're most likely going to have to live with it.
