Upgrade to CCC V5.0.65 no data in reports 1

Just upgraded CCC and all the components. Runs on a stand alone server.

When I run reports I only see pre-upgrade data, none for the last couple of days.

I started the archive application and then I started to see immediate data but I don't remeber having to do this before.

I followed the upgrade instructions to the letter and created back-ups of everything.

Any ideas what I have done wrong?

In DeltaServer > Archiver you can see when the latest message was send and there is a event counter.
If that displays increasing values for the events then data is send to the SQL database.
The problem may be that the Archiver uses the wrong credentials to access the SQL server and nothing will be stored. Use the Admin tool in "C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\CCC\Reporting" to change the settings for the database, shut down the archiver and deltaserver before changing the settings.
 
Thanks for the advice. The deltaserver didn't have the credentials to access the database.

Once I followed your instructions and put them in it started logging events.

If I now run reports I get the data pre-upgrade and the call info since I made the change.

I guess I have lost the data from the time of the upgrade until now?
