Has anybody ever pushed out a pervasive upgrade through a GPO SW installation policy?

What version of PSQL are you using?
I've seen where V8.6 works but 8.7 doesn't and V9.0 does and v9.1 and 9.5 don't.

I'm on 8.5 now, and I have about 58 clients in 2 buildings to upgrade tomorrow morning to 9.5

It's not Pervasive as such that's the problem but the installer. THe InstallScript MSI that's used for V9.x is not ideal for GPO. If you were using SMS, PSQL would work (a Package Definition File is provided).
I do know that Pervasive is aware of this and is planning on fixing it.
I would suggest trying it. I haven't tried it (no need).
