Upgrade question

Hi guys,

can I upgrade from 8.1 (43) to 8.1 (73)

Im struggling to get my expansion module to register with the ip office. I have a phone 16 500v2 module. Plugged in but does not detect the module in manager. thought thta i will ugrade the version of ip office from 8.1 (43) to 8.1 (73( and see if its makes a diiference.

Any help will be appreciated.

I had a few times that the port in the back is busted so I just used the next one except if you have IPOSS then open a ticket and get a new one.
Upgrade should not make a big difference but has helped in the past

you are rebooting the IPO after connecting the expansion module arnt you?

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

yes I am rebooting the ip office after connecting the expansion. Tried various methods.

Is there anything else you can suggest
