Upgrade on Server Edition - Transfer of ISO Failed Reason: Operation canceled

Hi All,

Trying to do an upgrade on IPO Server Edition. When I try and transfer the ISO it gets stuck at 75% and then stops and has error "Last transfer operation failed. Reason: Operation canceled". Everything I have read says that I should try a reboot and then re-upload the ISO ( I have tried 4 different ISO's and Service Packs all having same error) however this is a 24 hour call center and I have limited downtime to do this upgrade. Is there anything else I can check prior to reaching that time limit that wont require a reboot before I can start the upgrade?

I am sorry but this is a major design issue.
Isn't there any fallback?
A 24 hour callcenter should have resiliency at all times.

I agree with you however they are not the most willing people when it comes to spending money and unfortunately I am not involved in the sales side. We have a solution in place to fail over their numbers to mobile phones in the interim there are only 3 users on the night shift as opposed to a full office during the day.

Then reboot the darn thing
Try upgrading to 9.1.9 first before going to 9.1.11

I would love to. One of those difficult clients who pay little but expect a lot. Uploaded ISO via SSH to the IPOSE and then started Primary Server ISO Transfer. I was just used to uploading it from my machine. The upgrade is ready to go but thanks anyway tlpeter I appreciate the prompt responses.

Have you experienced issues going from 9.1.7 to 9.1.11?
