I'm trying to install SQL 2000 here, but we've managed to order the standard version, when I hoped to order enterprise edition.

Bill says:

Question:
Migrating from Eval to Full Product - How easy is it to migrate from the 120-day evaluation edition to the full SQL Server product?

Answer:
Moving to the full SQL Server product is as easy as installing SQL Server 2000 Standard Edition or SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition over the existing evaluation installation.

But that doesn't tell me if I'd lose any database I've created in the evaluation version.

Anyone know?

Cheers,

you should have no problem. Just as a precaution I would backup the databases before the new install though.
