Upgrade from Backoffice Server (NT 4.0)

Does anyone know for sure whether a Backoffice Server installation of NT 4.0 can be upgraded as an in-place upgrade to Windows 2000 Server?

We have Backoffice Server 4.0 which came with NT Server 4.0, SQL server 6.5, and exchange server 5.5.

Is it possible to do an in-place upgrade of the NT Server and Exchange server components with Upgrade advantage licensing?
