Upgrade from Access97 to 2000?

Should I upgrade from Access97 to 2000? What are the downsides? I'm afraid of alot of reprograming when previously developed programs won't work any more. What new features will I gain by upgrading?

well, you wont need to do alot of reprograming... just make sure that there is a referance to DAO and it's above the ADO reference in the vba editor... Though there may be a few problems, that you will have to debug... what i've seen this is usualy pretty easy be qualifing the dao references useing DAO.ect... (dao.recordset... dao.opendatabase... that kinda stuff...) just make sure to test out the databases befor deploying access 2k to any users...
