Upgrade from 8.0.18 to 8.0.42 phones won't update

After upgrading to 8.0.42, on the first of our two combo cards, none of the phones will update. Currently the customer is moving phones from the first combo card to the second card and they are displaying "please wait". I was also informed that on one phone on the first combo card after downloading the firmware it displayed "invalid firmware". For some reason I've been very unlucky lately getting digital phones on combo cards to update their firmware properly. Anyone have any suggestions?

I had the same issue when R7 first came out, again on the first of two combo cards exact same issue and apparent corruption, second card worked fine, it must be the combo cards or the firmware on them, either way Avaya need to fix it, if you can be bothered to argue with them the issue exists, and then push them for a fix
