I just upgraded an IP500v1 from 7.0 to 8.1.57, everything went fine but after the upgrade...we are not able to make outbound or receive inbound calls. Internal calls work fine, the Voicemail is working but no trunk calls. The PRI shows all trunks are "in-service" & idle. There are NO alarms on the trunks but still we cannot make or receive calls? THe trunking is PRI via SIP according to the provider & they also say everything looks fine on their end? We ended up having to revert to 7.0 to get the trunks working again. Has anyone else experienced this?
