Updating whole Record

I have a list of records. I want to be able to update the whole record from a click of a button. But what I have seems to only update one record at a time.

According to Time, I want to be able to update Cashflow.
So, I have a bunch of Time and with one click, be able to update the whole cashflow.

How can I approach this?

Use the Update Query.

I do not understand what your criteria is. but a simple update query will update all the records.
