Updating whole record

I have a list of records. I want to be able to update the whole record from a click of a button. But what I have seems to only update one record at a time.

According to Time, I want to be able to update Cashflow.
So, I have a bunch of Time and with one click, be able to update the whole cashflow.

How can I approach this?

I assume you meant you want to update the whole list of records at one time. Use an Update Query.
