We are currently on IP Office 5 (updating later this year) and VM Pro 5.0 (25). I see on Avaya's website that VM Pro 5.0 (30) is available and I was wanting to upgrade.

I've never had to do a VM Pro upgrade before (only migrating to another server) so I was curious if there was anything I needed to do to my IP Office if I wanted to get on VM Pro 5.0 (30)?

Thank you

Download it, extract the files and run the setup.exe

You may want to do a File>Import/Export>Export to save the .mdb first just in case something goes wrong.

I always backup the "VM" folder as well(C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM). This is were all the messages, greetings, and name wav files are.

Thank you both. Got everything upgraded! THANKS!
