Update unattended install CD?

I have a Win2k CD on a network share that i use to load Windows accross the network, it has SP4 slipstreamed but this is way out of date now and it takes ages to download all 41 updates from MS (I will use WUS soon). Can anyone tell me how to add all the latest patches to my image i'm sure i've read it can be done somewhere.
