Update Query on a schedule

Is there a way in Access to automatically run an update query (updating my records in a table from a table in a different database) on a schedule? I want this to happen at 1:00 a.m. daily.

I have used the scheduler found at

along with a macro in the Access command line.

- again, you can use it to schedule a specific macro launch (amongst many other things).
