I think they have tried a native driver as well and get the same results.
The report can't be printed again unless they log off the Citrix server then back on to auto create the printer again. This is causing them problems because the report is gererated based on payroll run. Since they can't run the payroll again until the following week they lose this report. What might be causing the printer to stop and error like this?
