unwanted worksheet in workbook

is it just in my office, or do some workbooks have a worksheet named "xxxxxx" as the first worksheet. Ive seen this on some files, and its invisible...its not a major bother, but im curious if someone has seen this before, why do some files have it
 
I would advise you to check how these workbooks were created and ask whether this is supposed to be there. Hidden worksheets (I use them) are often used to keep information for the VBA Macros running in the workbook. But if they've not been created by anyone deleberately I should check their contents and any macros associated with them in case they do something malicious.
