My boss has asked me to find out how many emails our domain has received from a specific email address. Is there any way of doing this? Is there any way of finding out how many emails another mailbox received from someone?

Get GFi Mail Essentials and that'll do anti spam as well as logging of inbound and outbound emails.

Start forwading all that mailbox's mail to your inbox, and do a head count.

for their Promodag Reports system. It will certainly give you a breakdown on mailbox activity.
