You should definitely try to fix this. Earlier versions of Networker wouldn't save if the clocks were too far out of sync.
The problem is that the system clocks are not close enough on the server and the clients. This has implications for differential and incr. backups, which rely on decent times.
The soln: ensure that the backup server has a decent clock. ie get and use NTP and install it wherever there is a backup client . It makes sense to make the backup server a stratum 1 server if possible. You can also cheat using rdate on Unix but beware some apps may object to sudden time shifts. The advantage of NTP is that it can swing a clock back into line gradually.
