I have been using Access 2000 to work on a small, simple project. A co-worker uses Access 2003 and has worked on the same project I have. Now when we tried to open the database we get a Microsoft Visual Basic "Error accessing network. Network connection may have been lost" message. I also notice that it opens VB but there is no problem with the code as written.

This has happened in the past and my co-worker says my Access program must be the problem. But any database work I do alone does not have the problem.

Any ideas?

This may be caused by copying and pasting a form or report that has a module. Access has a problem when you do that, and it gives you that error.

My suggestion is to make a new db, and import all of your objects from your db into the new db.

Thanks Blorf

That's something that might have been done. The reports especially.

I'll try that this morning.
