Unopened mail

We have several high execas that think it is ok to only look at their email about every 6 days. Is there any way I can see who has a great amount of unopened mail using exchange/

What is your intent, to delete the unread messages?

To let their admin assistants know so they can bug them to respond to their mail.

You may be able to do something with a recipient policy (Mailbox Manager) report, but your best bet is to just do what most companies do and have admin assistants check all the e-mails. In most companies I've worked for the admin assistant literally reponds to messages as the CEO with him dictating over the phone or just telling her to respond with a canned message.
